Deepawali Dhamaka’s with Super Singers Anjana Sowmya and Deepu
Harrisburg Telugu Association for the first time in their history was able to conduct a fifth successful event on a same year “Deepawali Dhamaka’s with Super Singers Anjana Sowmya and Deepu” conducted on Sunday November 10th 2013. Both the super singers mesmerized more than 400 people with their melodious voices and the event was gracefully attended by many sponsors and supports of the organization.

Funds for helping differently disabled kids who live back in Andhra Pradesh
HTA was proud of conducting Diwali Event on November 3rd, 2012 by raising funds for helping differently disabled kids who live back in Andhra Pradesh, INDIA. This was one of the memorable events which remain a milestone in our journey. HTA joined hands with Vegesna foundation to support this noble cause. All audiences of all ages thoroughly enjoyed the fabulous musical concert.

As part of HTA Ugadi program, we donated funds back in 2012 to Shalom House. Shalom House is committed to emergency sheltering for homeless women and children, transitional housing for homeless women veterans and their children, and permanent housing for disabled, chronically homeless low-income women in Harrisburg, PA. Harrisburg Telugu Association (HTA) conducted Fund-Raising event to help disabled kids who live back in Andhra Pradesh, India. HTA joined hands with Vegesna foundation to support this noble cause. The event was very successful as lot of audience donated the funds towards helping this noble cause. All audiences of all ages thoroughly enjoyed the fabulous musical concert. Everybody voluntarily came forward and donated the money and adopted disabled child.HTA was proud of conducting this event by raising a huge sum of close to $7,000 for helping differently disabled kids in India.
